Caveat: I'm still building my first boat. I read everything I could find but ultimately decided to go with Raka based on both price, positive reviews from many users, and the positive test results from Vaclav's Epoxy test:

I've been happy with it. Even with my limited experience my layup has been transparent. I have a few flaws on the coaming ring but they are a result of my poor job of feathering edges where different layers of glass overlap.

That said I've read everything Rob's written multiple times and I may switch to System Three on my second boat just to see if it works any better.
