Thanks for all your helpful advice guys. Checked out the different links but I'm stuck on the maroske. So my solution was to spend a few hours and make a prototype cast for them. I'm on a iPad so I'm not sure why I can't post pictures directly. My cast will be a two stage mould. The first cavity will mould a parafin core for the glass tube. The second cavity will cast the actual fitting. I've never cast with epoxy and glass so I will have to let you know if this worked. Here is a link to the photo. http://photobucket.com/albums/ag193/triad.

Have a look at how Sean Dawes does it using glass reinforced car bog and aquarium tubing.Somewhere in his blog he goes through it.Others use the tubing also,oh yeh and the kitchen film.
I did this and finished it all within One day.I have not tried the woven glass tube approach though.
Cheers,
