Strip: Seal coat

I lost a day removing the stain marks from patching but the hull was ready for a seal coat yesterday. I did this at the hottest part of the day using using Rob's preferred resin with a slow hardener. I used the roller method with 2 helpers scraping. While I don't see any runs, I see a lot of inconsistency with some areas dull while others are shiny. Running my hand over the areas, it seems like we weren't consistent with pressure on the scraper.

Does the inconsistency matter after I put on the glass? Should I sand the entire hull to a uniform consistency?

Thanks for the help,

Phil
