Thank you for the instructions! If I understand well I would then make the tuilik hem the same length as the (unstretched) bungee?
With respect to the hood I decided to sidestep the issue and make a hood-less tuilik, with a neck gasket instead. My experience with tuilik hoods has not been too good, and I would rather have a watertight seal.
