Just looking at the pic ... to me ... several things that look questionable jump right out ...

1. Of course ... trim the brackets for the first 2 forms
2. The first form looks canted
3. The shear at the 8th form looks rounded off ... which doesn't match the character of the shear of the other forms ... I'm wondering if the shape of the form is incorrect or if that form is in the wrong location
4. The 11th form looks like it might be in the wrong location as you can see the shear of the form behind it
5. The last form sticks up a bit ... which makes me question if the rocker is correct for all of the forms
