From the looks of it ... looks like ya have a bit of a fairing problem there!

Go over your form installation beginning at square one. Pay attention to the details and be as accurate as ya can. This of course presupposes that your plans are accurate, your forms were accurately shaped and the forms vertical center lines and waterlines are accurately located. A few things to check for are ...

1. Correct form spacing at each station
2. The correct form used at each station
3. Forms not flipped over ... keel side must be up
4. The vertical center lines of all forms are precisely vertical and in the same plane ... string a tight line or wire above the keel and align to that ... don't use the strongback top surface as a reference
5. The waterlines of all forms are precisely horizontal and in the same plane
6. Keel follows the correct rocker line

Using one of your wood strips as a fairing batten can help to identify fairing problems and help ya riddle it out and come up with a fix.
