You are going to have to dehydrate that deck a bit Marc. A hair dryer or a heat gun wafted over the concave area may draw some of the moisture out and get it back into shape.

I find that glass shrinks as it cures, so usually it will cup a deck that is glassed only on the outside in the opposite way to what happened to you. For it to bend inward the way it has it must have drawn in a fair bit of moisture.

I think you will succeed though, scary though, when you see all that work going south.
