Hi John,

Your sequence would work well with staples, but would it work if the hull is glued to the forms as is the case for this builder. How would you separate the hull and deck if both are still glued to the forms?

You are absolutely correct; it wouldn't work if the strips are glued to the forms. Sorry.
Instead, as you said:
Glass outside of hull
Turn boat over and put in cradles.
Mark each form position as you indicated
Remove/loosen forms, etc.

I'm SO glad I don't mind nice rows of staple holes!
