This one is only large enough for the kayak and strongback (18.5' x 23" W x 30" H), not for me. The frame is made with 1x2s and seems pretty stressed with the weight now. A big factor is that it is supported in only four places - two pairs of lines 60" apart (a ceiling hoist usually used to hold one of my existing kayaks). That leaves a lot of frame hanging out at both ends without support. At one end it's because the garage door won't allow another line. Is your frame using stronger material, or do you just not open the garage door, and are able to support the ends of the frame better?

A bigger tent, if I can design one that's movable (on casters?), has possibilities. Etienne, yours looks great, though permanent. You've both given me food for thought.
