Was the painting done on the outside of the hull (& clear-coated) or inside the mold over clear gelcoat?

What kind of paint was used to stand up to the other parts of the chemistry set?

John, I don't have all the details but I do know that it was done on the actual kayak with high end paints and clearcoats. I also know that clearcoat went on between each process to not leave a step.

I shot a time lapse video over the last two days capturing the process. I will run that through Imovie and post it.
