Tilt the kayak on it's side, use a syringe to inject some epoxy with a little wood flour into each of the cracks and clamp. Then, cut some strips of glass cloth and cover the side of the coaming, just over where the lip meets it. Then, cut some cloth and put it on the underside of the lip so it goes a little bit over the glass you just applied on the side of the coaming. It will last a lifetime or more.
