Hi Fernando. The following is Et's opinion and should be approached with caution....

If you do decide on a recess, then you need to make it wide enough to slip the spray deck bungie and your fingers in.

To my way of thinking, a rear recess can aid some styles of rolling.

A front recess is intended to bring the coaming lip in line with the deck. The main reason for this is, I believe, to prevent waves hitting the coaming and splashing up in your face.

To be fair, how often does this ever happen, except perhaps when you are punching through shore breaking surf. In which case you are going to be wet anyway.

The whole point of the high deck is to give you extra room, so why sacrifice it to a recess?

If you are big and have clown feet, the extra room is welcome.

Considering the design of boat you have chosen, I would think that you are not going to be spending much time upside down. It is not a dedicated rolling boat and has I would think, a fairly high freeboard anyway, which is not great for layback, lying on your back in the water style rolling anyway.

I would go for the most comfortable cruising layout.

If you really want to roll, find a roll that suits your boat.
