Got the ice scraper and snow brush out of the car and put away at last a couple of days ago, and vacuumed out the salt and grit. Current daily maximum the last couple of days has been mid-20's or higher. Whew!

Here (Ontario, Canada) there is no such thing as Spring. The weather simply snaps from too cold to too hot over a few days, right now it's perfect but it won't last. The weather records of averaged temperatures show a smooth steady rise, but that never happens in any one year, just the day the temperature snaps over varies so it averages out to a smooth slope.

Last week I was wearing a heavy coat, actually scraped ice of the car, a couple of days ago I wore a jacket, today I'm in a Tee shirt. Not that I'm complaining; I was doing that last week.

The trees seem confused this year too, they are just leafing out now - all at once instead of a few trees here and there over a period of a couple of weeks or more. It seemed they thought it was a strange Spring this year too and none of them were ready to comit.
