Thanks, Jay. No fogging problems with the housing - I haven't used it when it's really cold out, it doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight where it sits on the life jacket below my chin, and I turn the camera off when I need to reposition the boat, so it doesn't build up heat from the camera, unlike the GoPro, which stays on all the time. Also, the housing doesn't fit the camera as tight as the GoPro, so there's more air to warm up to cause condensation on the inside surface of the housing.
