I am about ready to glass the inside of the hull and deck. Should I install the end fill for the toggles before or after I glass and epoxy the inside?

Mark-
I 'clean up' the ends of the hull (inside) which usually involves a fillet of epoxy + thickener, then glass, then add any wood (epoxy-coated) blocks I need in the ends for U-bolt anchors. I do the same for the inside of the deck.

Sometimes I add a very small 'end pour' after the hull and deck are joined, just to make sure there are no voids in the ends.
I find it's usually easier to glass the inside if the ends/stems are smoothed out with a bit of a fillet.
