Strip: Gaps between strips

I am almost finished stripping my hull, it has gone pretty well but there are some gaps between the beveled strips. Do you fill all gaps or just big gaps. What do you consider a big gap? There are a few that I can slip a business card into. Most are hairline or less.

What is your filling technique? Glue, wood filler, shavings or slivers? Something else?

Do you fill before or after sanding? I am thinking I should fill the worst ones before I sand and then see what the small ones look like.
