Yes a coarser round of sanding on the plugs would have helped, definetly will next time. Perhaps I just jumped the gun on this one and this new brand of epoxy I am not used to. I was able to get epoxy to draw into the delame area and it looks as good as new. I will try again on monday and see if it is holding better. I put in 6 plugs total for leashes, bungee and valves.

Thanks for the compliments. I happy with the weight and the rigidity of the deck sure feels good. Can't wait to try this out. I am used to building kayaks and canoes so it will be a very curious thing to see how this hold up to being walked on.
