The determining factor for shipping kits to the general public is how fast I can write up a set of instructions. The S&G Petrels are relatively complicated compared to some other S&G kits so decent instructions are going to be important. These take time. Once I finish writing there will be some editing and related fixing to make the instructions usable, so patience may be required. So while December is our goal, it may take longer than we might prefer.

The classes can happen even if the instructions are not complete.
