Neytiri is a very impressive build. It is a stunning.
The deck does not appear to be vertical grain. If flat grain, then I can't figure out how it looks like one board when the width is so wide?
I do a hull with two 5/4 x 6" x 20' clear deck boards. I will rip so I have vertical grain then I just balance strips from side to side for color eveness.
If bookmatching would I just keep one board to each side and keep them in order of the rips per Nicks vid?
If doing this both boards would have to be very similar in color.
Looks like maroske fittings for lines ...but how about the bungie fittings? Buy or build those fittings? Made some round ones years ago but never used as they were too big.
