Isn't most if not all of the structural strength from the first wet out with the epoxy? Seems like it would be mostly a potential cosmetic problem if the epoxy over the pin stiping flakes off.

: that's purely cosmetic, it should be fine, but if it's in a
: stuctural area, I'd say you're making a mistake as you will
