PA requires us to buy the stupid stickers, and put them on, if we launch from a PA state maintained launch facility. For example, a state park lake such as Marsh Creek Lake. Hmm, which makes me think that the seller is located on the East side of Lancaster because then they actually would paddle at Marsh Creek...
