: Take a test strip indoors to dry out; after two weeks it's as dry
: as it's going to get. Then test it and also test one from
: outside to see how it breaks. If you find the indoor strips is
: noticeably stiffer and harder to break then the outdoor ones
: aren't dry enough; if there's no difference then you should be
: OK to go ahead. Dry wood is stronger and stiffer than green wood
: but doesn't bend as far before breaking.

: Are you able to obtain the necessary epoxy and glass cloth where
: you are? That is essential for a stripper. Sorry if that seems a
: silly question but the only information I have about Rumania is
: the girls are very pretty! I have built a stripper without
: glass; if you need to know how I can tell you.

: good luck, and don't forget to post pictures of your work and the
: finished boat. That's the best part of being here on the forum!
Thank you Terry,
I will follow your advice ,
Well, the capitalism's claws have stretched also over ex soviet influence sphere so that we do have here all the heart wishes. one thing still needs to come; money :) I will work with an industrial floor epoxy. it is not UV resistant so I will use some specific polyurethane end coating. Transparent of course. I even can buy West system from Germany or Austria if needed. 6 Oz fiberglass at about 3 euro/yard is also available.
You're right about the girls, wives are complaining about this sometimes but they were girls too...
Hope to start this autumn a project with the strips. If I finish the F1 S&G before :)
