My son and I went for a brief paddle this morning and I brought the new paddle with me. It performed well with a lot of catch, and showed it has a lot of power if you ask for it. When my son got tired and I had to tow him back, with the extra drag from his boat the paddle fluttered a few times, probably my fault but worth mentioning.
I am going it tomorrow with a couple people and my son won't be with us so it will be a longer more demanding paddle that will really be able to show me what I think of my handy work.
