: I think I began sanding to level the surface of my hull too soon.
: When sanding, the epoxy resin loads up the paper quickly and
: also leaves gummy residue on the boat. How long is it customary
: to wait for the resin to cure before sanding? I have used RAKA
: epoxy resin mixed 50/50. What is the recommended procedure to
: remove the areas of gummy residue ?

: Thanks,
: Mark

I hope you didn't mix it 50% resin to 50% hardener, because it may never get hard enough. The correct mix is 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener. did you use the 350 no-blush hardener?
