: I typically use Titebond I and III. For times I need quicker setup
: time I use Titebond I, and I use the Titebond III when I need
: slower set up times . . .

According to the manufacturer Titebond III setup time can be extended by moistening the wood before applying the glue or by diluting the glue with about 10% water. I've tried both with good results.
