Contact cement also works to hold the fabric to the hull and has the advantage that it will soften (and re-harden) with heat so any wrinkles you get sticking the fabric to the hull can later be ironed out after the glue has set.

It does tend to yellow the fabric some, so it would have to be painted if this was used to look right.
