Long time ago I put together a couple of sites to show my kayaks.

The Black Alder was brown when I made the kayak, but after a couple of years it started to turn pale, and now it's almost white.

I started to build kayk as a result of physical breakdown after working way too much. A friend of mine came to the hospital and told me that we should build wood kayaks. I started to laugh when I thought of my carpenter skills, but he was stubborn. I used the first build as therapy, and it worked.

The second one was build because I wanted to show myself that I could do better than my first :-)

I haven't used my kayaks for two years now. A new breakdown and some other things in life made me sick again, but now I'm on my way up. I have moved to a new house AND I have build a workshop to start building a new kayak :-) My carpenter skills has improved, I have done the whole building myself (except the concrete work).
