'Agree with this.I might have gone a step further by not actually "finishing" the museum piece at all and using the notion that I will be doing all that stuff when I come to rebuild her, my voyage of rediscovery....I like to restore things and this fits well with my pragmatic outlook.Also, I am aware of the Persian carpet which becomes more valuable as the evidence of hard use grows.Nice way of not caring too much about things beyond your control,like hitting the odd rock and then the even ones as well.
