Replaced the wrist seal last night on my dry suit. Nothing to it! I did manage to get a couple of drops on the seal that I did not see or I would have wiped it off. Other than that I am well pleased with the job I did and even that is not a big deal.

If you considering replacing one I suggest watching the REI video on Youtube. I really like their methods, it worked really well.

I ordered replacement Kokotat seals from Kayak Academy. While I just needed the seals when I got them I was surprised to find sandpaper, alcohol wipes and rubber gloves came with this. I had everything in the shop I needed but I am sure most people would not have these items. Also included was a good set of instructions. I oped to buy their arbor because they were only $10 and I am glad I did. I really like their arbor and the way it expands.

So, if you are reasonable handy and just take your time and follow instructions I would say do it yourself.
