Here's an idea: Buy some large silicone O-rings and cut them in half to use as forms for fittings. Epoxy won't stick to them and they will stretch and pop out when pulled. They come in 1/4" thickness, which is plenty for deck lines. If you want something larger, use silicone tubing and insert half o-rings as a supportive core. Pull out the core, then pull out the tubing. Everything is 100% reusable, so no more wasting perfectly good glue sticks.
