Thanks, thought of that. I still have to make the mold, then the wax...
I did try to carve a shape out of paraffin and epoxy it. It works, but the paraffin has a rough surface and crumbles easily. It would melt & mold though.

With Hot Glue sticks I drill the holes, insert the glue stick, wax it up and the mold is done, and I can make as many as I want.
Guess I'll just have to give it a go tomorrow.
I also found that there are smaller diameter 5/16" Mini Hot Melt Glue sticks... these would be the perfect size for 1/4" line (that is actually a little smaller... ) Maybe I'll do a test and if it works go looking for them.....
