In the posting screen, at the bottom, there is a line: Optional Image URL: put the link in there, but notice that there already is an "http://" in that block, the line can't have two of them, have to eliminate one.

If you then hit the "preview' button at the bottom you'll be able to see what the post will look like and if the picture shows up or not.
