: I am building a new Gilly and have my forms on its internal strong
: back. I seem to have lost confidence in by ability to line
: everything up. I think I am close but not sure. I have a laser
: level but not sure how to use it for the line up. Does one drill
: holes in the forms and shoot threw them. Any pointers will be
: appreciated. Thanks Joe

An internal strongback would make the 'light/laser' through a hole method rather difficult I'd imagine.

The first time I did it, I had all the forms mounted when I started (as you would on an internal strongback), and it was next to impossible to eyeball the alignment of the first couple of forms so that the line projected from the first two forms was in the ballpark of the 3mm hole 4m away.

I used an external strongback so was able to start with the ends and add the intermediary forms as I went. That worked out quick and easy for me, but isn't going to work with an internal strongback..

Simeon.
