Lordy, you have a lot on your plate. I have a 27'x23' shop that is detached from the house. I gave Griz cabinet saw, Delta planer, and home built router table such that the strips are not a problem. They took a weekend to mill. IMHO you will need a router table to cut the coves for the intersecting strips on the hull and deck The intersecting beads I do with a block plane.

All your honeydew has me thinkin' that I have some firewood I should split. Sigh.
