Hadn't noticed that this was one of Nick's designs. You'll want a pretty tiny sail, no more than say 40 sq. ft. of sail and that being fairly low or you'll have an "interesting" time sailing her. Generally the dagger board should be slightly in front of the center of effort of the sail. The center of effort of the sail is usually about 25% aft of the leading edge of the sail (depending on the sail plan). So...you'll need the sail before you can compute where the dagger board goes.
