: lifespan, drastically less energy usage, and come in a variety

Yep, great things, except they are wildly expensive. $20 to $50 each and I've got 48 lights in this place. Even at the low end that's almost $1000 worth of light bulbs.

Sorry, would have to live to be 200 years old for a pay off.
