Those white strips were vertical window blinds. They work great with pencil. I will be at the Oct 9 CKF LB paddle I can give you a piece if you are there. The louvers are sold seperately from the track. They trim them to length in the store so if you have good timing and a little charm you can get scraps for the asking.
