Hi Malcolm,

We had a conversation about that quite awhile back, I still wonder that for a very light paddle craft if dragging around a layer of water will be something you notice. Guess I'll have to test it eventually. Don't know how much weight it would be, it's really on the molecular level. Still you rarely see this on the big time race boats, I'm assuming there is a reason why.
