I'd find someone with a poly kayak with a coaming the size you like (and can borrow), cover the coaming with packing tape, couple layers to make sure the epoxy doesn't get to the poly, then lay up glass/epoxy on it to make a mold for the 6 coamings. The epoxy won't stick to the poly if you do get any on it, well not well enough that you couldn't get it back off. Just make sure there's no reverse angles on the coaming otherwise will be tough getting the mold off the parent boat.
