I used plain ol' Rustoleum in a can (not the spraycan) brushed onto the PL Premium. I have had a few spots where the Rustoleum has had difficulty adhering to the PL, but I fear the Wal-Mart special, on clearance discount, Rustoleum Royal Blue is the reason why, since I've had the most problems with it. I could literally scrape it off with my thumbnail at spots.

I "resolved" it by knocking off what I could rough, cleaning the spots, then repainting (after stirring the can a *lot*). So far, it's held up pretty well. I haven't ran it over concrete and rebar, but I have beached it on rock and dropped it a couple of times onto asphalt. The fabric & PL weren't bothered, but the paint was scuffed up a bit. It's easy to retouch.

I will say that the next time I use PL Premium, I'll probably use primer first. Gotta make sure to give the Rustoleum enough time to cure... it dries really slowly. Three or four days for touch ups, depending on the weather. A full coating, I'd say a week or so.
