I hate to rain on your parade, but PVC pipe is a terrible material for a kayak frame. It has little strength, it becomes soft and pliable when it's hot, and stiff and brittle when it's cold. Others have tried it and rejected it as unsuitable. The only things it has going for are that it's cheap and easy to find. Personally, I wouldn't trust my safety on the water to a PVC frame.

A side note: spending a little effort on capitalization, punctuation and spelling would make your posts a lot easier to read.
