: Hi all,

: I'm wrapping up my build and varnishing at the moment but i can't

: Any suggestions?

Need to put barely no varnish on the roller and spread it as far as you can before you start tipping it off. How thick is the foam on the roller? Should be 1/4" max, preferably less. West epoxy's roller covers are the ideal, about 1/8" thick. Need to use a dry foam brush and only use the tip of it when tipping it.

Very easy to apply too much varnish with a roller.
