Here's a pic of rounding multi-chine offsets using an R/C nylon pushrod, push pins, pencil, poster board, and a cork board.
All ingredients are available at any hobby shop. I'm sure there are other ways of doing it, but this works for me.

When are you going to post pics of your new CF rudder ?
