too late now, but ya should of made em before ya skined. that's what I did, skined then got bags. I just got standard bags from NRS. 2 stern and 2 bows. I only have room in bow for 1 bag so I put a stern bag up there and the 2 bowbags in stern with the other stern bag. works for me. sorry, don't remember the sizes. good luck. oh, the boat looks real good.
