The solution is very simple

In Response To: Skin-on-Frame: polyester with Zar finish (Todd Olson)

After the initial coat of varnish, put some in a glue bottle, then apply a drop to each hole. Once it cures, apply the next coat of varnish. Check for any holes that are still open and apply another drop to them, then another coat of varnish. By that time, they should be all sealed, but you may find one or two that need a final drop of varnish, prior to the next full coat.
