: but it bugs me!!!

Well, it will continue to bug you unless you fix it, so get the heat gun, use it gently, and soften the glue. Then push the joint apart once the glue softens. Gentle heat, take your time, allow the heat to penetrate. Gettingi t too hot will just scorch the outside without heating deep into the inside of the glue joint. If that still doesn't work, try working a coping saw blade into the joint, grabbing it with a pliers at both ends, and cutting through the glue line.

Is the location wrong on both the starboard and port sides, or did you just get one side out of place? Double check. You may need to open up several glue joints to get the frame straight, but work on the most messed up one first.

Slip a piece of sandpaper between the frame and the stringers. Lay it on the stringer with the abrasive side up. Move the frame back and forth an inch or so, and you can sand off a lot of the glue on the underside of the now-open joint. /align the frame, and a little glue, relash, and you budget is hardly affected. You'll lose a day in the overall timetable, but who stays on schedule for these projects?

Best of luck
