I too only use Yakimas (Werners) foot braces, bomb proof. They are heavy though. Someone here mentioned cutting them down in length, which I'll do for now on, since I rarely if ever adjust them.

I also use the glue on studs, CLC (Chesapeake Light Craft) sells them too, sometimes they are cheaper, pays to shop around.
