In Response To: Epoxy: Near miss... (Robert N Pruden)

I stopped relying on pumps to give the proper ratios and now pump everything into cups and mix from there. I use a two clear disposable cups that nest together. I nest the cups together and then mark two lines on the outer cup that represent the ratio of resin to hardener. The first line shows the height of resin required and the second the hardener. Then I pump the resin into the inner cup until I reach the first line. After that I add the hardener until I reach the second line. Then mix. At the end, I throw away the inner cup and start with a new one for the next epoxy season.
