I agree with Rob. Let it dry out first before trying any drastic rescue stunts. An asymmetric laminate change shape with moisture (performs like a bimetal i temp changes). But let it dry slowly – moisture can only escape through one surface and forcing it may crack some joints. With a bit of luck, it will eventually go back to the correct shape. If not, you may have to laminate the inside with molds in place, tightly strapped. First the areas between the molds, then (when properly cured) remove the molds and run narrow cloth strips where the molds have been – slow frustrating work, but it has been known to save even seriously deformed hulls.
