Well, fisheyes notwithstanding, here she is. The deck rigging and back support are temporary pending the refinishing to be done later this summer.

In the meantime, she paddles very nicely in calm water and 6" chop. Initital stability would feel twitchy to a beginner, but fine for an experienced paddler. It firms up nicely by the time the shear is in the water. The skeg I put in works a charm, allowing fine tuning to balance the trim in a cross wind. All considered so far, I am very impressed with the design, cudos to Vaclav. I will be off on a trip for a month or so, and will have more comments on the design after I check it in other conditions.
